Margo and Co. offers the following shipping:
These shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time.
USPS: First class 2-5* business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 transit* business days
Priority 1 Day: 1-2 day transit* business days
*This is the estimate given by the USPS. We can not guarantee delivery dates.
Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the item has shipped it delivery is out of our control.
Our Business Shipping Hours Are:
Monday - Friday 9am-2pm Central Time, excluding national holidays.
We primarily ship through USPS.
Order usually ship out within 5-10 business days.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
If a customs charge occurs please note that you, the buyer, will be 100% responsible for this charge. We, the seller, are not responsible for the customs charge. Also, delivery can be delayed on any international shipment.
Please note that international orders can take up to 4 or more weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.
Our common processing time is 5-10 business days for apparel and 7-14 business days for signs and home decor (excluding national holidays). This does not include the shipping time. Please, check the item description for processing times as they may vary for each item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges
Because we are a custom shop, we do not allow returns.
However, we will be happy to exchange sizes for our apparel that is not customized (must be requested within 7 business days of receipt of your item). There is a 20% restocking fee for exchanges. (restocking fee covers return shipping to the customer) Please email us at email@example.com to request an exchange number and form. Only orders accompanied by the form will be accepted
If there is a problem with the item (must be requested within 7 business days of receipt of your item). There is a 15% exchange fee for all exchanges. (this fee covers return shipping to the customer). The customer will be sent a link to pay for the exchange shipping fee.

Exchange Address will be given with the exchange number and form.
PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE YOU SEND AN EXCHANGE.
WE MUST PRE APPROVE ALL EXCHANGES AND ISSUE A EXCHANGE NUMBER.
If a package is received without a pre-authorized Exchange form and number, it will not be accepted.
All exchanges must be returned to us within 15 days of the date you received it. The item must be returned with all tags and in new condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you'd like to exchange your item and the new item information. There will be a 15% exchange fee for the returned item(this fee covers return shipping to the customer). A link to pay this fee will be given to the customer to pay.
All Returns or Exchanges are at the discretion of Margo and Company.
If for any reason we agree to a refund, the refund will not include the original or any additional shipping cost. Also, if the item being refunded is damaged, we will adjust the refund amount to reflect the damage charges.
Shipping Costs + International Orders:
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Margo and Company is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for undelivered or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Margo and Company.
