Returns and Exchanges 

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but we currently do not accept returns. We do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. NO Exceptions.

DO NOT SHIP IT BACK WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. 

•Once we receive your item in original condition (undamaged, unwashed and unworn), with original tags, we will offer a store credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for not including the original shipping cost.
•Any discounts or promotions used cannot transfer over to the new purchase. •Customers are responsible for shipment costs to return their item to us.
•Please note, exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days after receiving the item to be processed. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges/returns. 

•Inside your return package please include the exchange form.

Only orders accompanied by the form will be accepted

Exchange Address will be given with the exchange number and form.

All Returns or Exchanges are at the discretion of Margo and Company.

We DO NOT Offer International Shipping At This Time

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Margo and Company is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Margo and Company.
